DYEING TESTS, INDUSTRIAL WASHING AND RELATED TREATMENTS

In order to complete the range of services specifically dedicated to their manufacturing clients of sportswear and casual wear, CO.DE.TEX. have established 2 washing treatment and fabric and garment dyeing departments. These services allow to give the client the dimensional stability values and the colour and appearance controls of fabrics if they are to undergo as dyed garments, industrial washing with stones, enzymes, chlorine or particular recipes.
Furthermore, thanks to the operators' experience, it is possible to obtain a dyeing or washing recipe, so that the fabric can reach a determined appearance or feel based on a sample. All washing, dyeing and drying machines permit, with absolute precision, to achieve the results that the products should reach in the subsequent production phases on large quantities at the specialised industrial laundries.
As an example some of the services offered are listed that, combined with the quality control operations, are divided into lots based on the washing and dyeing treatment results, guarantee the client the control of the appearance uniformity and dimensional stability values on the entire subsequent production of the finished garments.

WASHING AND/OR DYEING TYPES: Washing with conditioner, with enzymes, with enzymes and chlorine, with enzymes and over-dye, with chlorine, with pumice stone or similar, following personalised recipes; dyeing with direct dyestuffs, with direct dyestuffs but following personalised recipes, with reactive dyestuffs following personalised recipes; preparation with enzymes and dye; tumble drying only.
