THE NETWORK

The CO.DE.TEX. group is made up of 3 companies that manage 8 plants located in the major production regions of the fashion industry and 18 inspection facilities located at manufacturers, dyers and finishers.
These facilities which are carefully integrated to offer a full range of services and the maximum production flexibility, are continually aimed at improving the professional skills of their personnel and the technological level of their systems.
It is therefore clear that the location of each company has been dictated by logistical needs that take into consideration the major Italian textile areas, permitting a rapid and punctual processing of the orders.
The overseas markets have also taken-on notable importance: at the present time the group has dealings with the USA, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, France, Japan, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Israel and Belgium.
THE STRATEGY

It is easy to be No. 1 in one’s own business sector - all you have to do is be better than No. 2 and No. 3, …and so on. A patently obvious statement, yet it is in fact a rigorous enunciation of a principle that is essential for any leading company.
It is in fact also essential to be the first in anticipating customer needs, being able to invent something that has not yet been created but whose need has already been felt. Adapting, in time, the features and level of service performance with continuous development, the result of adopting the evolutionary potential emerging from related technologies. Mentioning to this regard the application (implemented well ahead of the field) by CO.DE.TEX. of the most advanced informatics in technical and organisational management is an absolute must! And the same can be said for automation, adopted not so much for reasons of saving on personnel costs but in order to reduce the physical commitment of employees to a minimum and implement safety in the workplace.
